Course description
Teaches how to check that construction documents comply with building, fire and life safety codes. Topics include construction and occupancy types, plan review and permits, print and site-plan reading, occupant load and egress, and fire protection and alarm systems. Life Safety Code and Hazmat Awareness are prerequisites.
