Course description
A project-based course for chief officers moving into upper management, built on IFSTA Fire and Emergency Services Chief Officer (4th ed.) and meeting NFPA 1021 (2020). It covers management and administration, including basic evaluation of employee relations. Students must hold IFSAC Fire Officer II and attend by live video.
